Carol has over 20 years of practical experience in IT Project, Portfolio and Operations Management utilizing multiple methodologies in a variety of industries. Carol utilizes her information technology and analytic background to provide cross-departmental communication and guidance throughout projects. Carol holds a BA from Brooklyn College, a Masters in Sociology from the New School for Social Research and an MBA in Computer Applications and Information Sciences from NYU Stern. She is a native New Yorker with special interests in product operationalization, the total cost of ownership (TCO), project and application portfolio rationalization, maturity models and the design of right-sized processes based on an intelligent and innovative blending of industry-standard practices with corporate constraints.
