1. Payment and Fees
Payment for programs and workshops must be made in full before the commencement of the session. No refunds will be provided once the course has commenced, except in exceptional circumstances.
2. Cancellation Policy
Participants may cancel their enrolment up to two weeks before the start of the course for a full refund, minus a 10% administrative fee. Cancellations made within two weeks of the course start date will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
3. Class Schedules
The length of programs and workshops may vary depending on whether they are offered in-person or virtually. We expect all our participants to attend all scheduled sessions. We will ensure to communicate any changes to the class schedule in advance.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
All materials provided as part of the programs remain the intellectual property of our company. It is absolutely imperative that you do not reproduce, distribute or utilize this material beyond your own personal study. Doing so is a violation of intellectual property rights and could result in legal consequences. We expect all participants to maintain professional and respectful behaviour towards their peers and instructors. Please note that any inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated. Any form of harassment or disruptive behaviour may result in expulsion from the program without a refund.

All required course materials will be provided digitally. Participants are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary technology to access these materials.
